DELIVERY & RETURNS

USA Delivery

We offer free standard delivery to USA (5-10 days) or express delivery for $10 (3-5 days). Orders are sent via DHL courier service. You can order directly from this website. Our prices include USA duty and taxes.

UK Delivery

For delivery to UK addresses, we offer free standard delivery (3-5 working days), or Next Day Delivery for £4.95 (excluding weekends). We send slippers, gloves and accessories via Royal Mail, and boots and heavier items via UPS courier service. All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, dependent on stock availability. Europe Delivery

Delivery throughout Europe is £9.95 for standard delivery (5-7 days) or £14.95 for express delivery (2-4 days). Orders are sent via tracked DHL courier service. You can order from our UK website. Our prices include EU taxes.

Rest of the world Delivery

Delivery throughout the rest of the world is £12.00. Orders are sent via DHL or UPS courier service, and take 5-10 days. You can order from our UK website.

Free Returns (UK Customers)

We hope that you will find the product you order absolutely perfect. However for whatever reason, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, free of charge, for an exchange or full refund, including your original postage costs. Products need to be returned within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition. We provide a free returns label with all orders, so simply put this on the outside of the parcel and send it back to us at:

Free Returns (USA Customers)

You may also return your products to us free of charge, for an exchange or full refund, including original postage costs. Please return within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition. Please email us and we will send you a free DHL returns label - info@draper-of-glastonbury.com. Please include a filled out returns label inside of the parcel, or a note including your name, address and telephone number, and what you require to happen and why.


Returns (rest of the world)

You can return your order within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition. We do not offer free returns worldwide, so you will need to pay for returns postage. You can return your order however you choose. We will provide an exchange or full refund, including your original postage costs, but not including returns postage. 

 

What if I’m not home for the delivery?

Our couriers will attempt to deliver to you in the specified delivery time. If no one is available to accept your order, they will re attempt to deliver on the following day and also leave a contact card through your door. You can contact them to re arrange delivery when it suits you best, or collect from a local depot too.

Can I leave specific delivery instructions, just in case I’m not home?

You may leave specific delivery instructions for the driver, for us to put on your parcel and to notify the courier e.g. please leave with a neighbour, or please leave in the garage or porch, or please leave at reception. Please write this in the notes section at the checkout or email us separately. We can also deliver to another address e.g. work address or friend or family member’s address.

If I purchase a Christmas present, can it be returned after Christmas if not suitable?

Absolutely. You, or the recipient, can return the gift to us after Christmas if it is unsuitable, for an exchange or refund. Please return Christmas gifts by the end of January.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition, and we will happily exchange or refund you, at the price you paid for it including original postage costs. 

You can exchange for another size, or a completely different style. Just fill out the returns form. If there is a difference in price, make sure that your telephone number is included on the returns form, and we will phone you to take payment for the difference, or we’ll refund your original payment card for the difference if it is lower.

For exchanges, we offer free returns, and we will post the new product out to you free of charge also.

If you have been bought a gift by somebody else, you can return the gift to us for an exchange to another size or style. Please include your name, address and telephone number, plus the original purchaser’s details too, and make it clear what you want to do.

You do not need to phone us to notify us that you are returning a parcel for an exchange or refund. We will deal with your return as soon as we get it. Parcels usually take 5-10 days to arrive back at our warehouse once they are posted by you, and we usually deal with returns and exchanges within 3 working days from the date they are received back.
